Veronica is a multilingual legal and business executive with who has spent over two decades in different roles across industries, functions and regions to acquire a broad yet deep skill set.
For the last six years, she has worked for a Liechtenstein-based FDA Class II medical device company. Under her leadership as the General Manager Corporate, she has led a team of 30 to scale operations and increase the company’s profitability during double-digit growth, while also successfully expanding into a new market (Canada). As the company’s General Counsel, Veronica is responsible for all legal affairs including corporate, contracts, regulatory compliance; international trade; intellectual property; litigation, privacy; real estate; and labor & employment.
After law school, Veronica honed her litigation skills at a preeminent IP firm in San Francisco, representing companies like Amazon and Walmart.com. Throughout her career, she followed her entrepreneurial spirit such as when she successfully ran her own law firm or as a key executive-level contributor at several tech startups.
Her career started in Zurich, Switzerland in private banking, where she learned five-star customer service skills that served her well throughout her career.
Veronica holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
She lives in Los Angeles with her family and believes that having a difference in seasons is overrated.
