Mat is a Founding Partner & CEO of Fintegrate Consulting Ltd., an international advisory firm with focus on operational transformation and strategy for alternative investment firms and asset managers.
Beyond his focus on capital markets, he serves as the Managing Partner of Transatlantic Partners Group (TPG), a consulting firm that advises and supports Swiss small and midsize companies with their growth strategies and market entry and expansion plans in the United States.
Prior to these engagements, Mat was working for over a decade with KPMG in the US and in Switzerland as a Director within their Advisory Group, leading business development efforts in the domains of Financial Services and Diversified Industries. He started his career in the U.S. as the Managing Director for Synpulse Inc., a Swiss originating management consulting company, and built their banking advisory practice in NYC.
Mat holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen, a BSc in Finance from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, and a Bachelor in Engineering from the Technology College in Zurich.
